We had dinner with friends last night and I was reminded (again) how important it is to do that every once in a while. Otherwise I can easily get in a rut and pout because of the snow, for example...

I know what you're saying about getting in a rut in this crappy weather! I forced myself to get outside all weekend and even though the weather was crap, it actually made me feel better.
