This morning after breakfast I remembered to put Mason's paci up, so that made today the day that he only gets it when he's going to sleep. I'm happy to report I made the transition under my deadline of 18 months with a few days to spare!I'm only worried about the drive home from school (maybe to school, too) and around 10:00 when he'd prefer to take a nap but I keep him up for lunch. Other than that, it shouldn't be a problem.
How is he already a year and a half?!

Nicely done. We had the same goal date, for sleeping paci's only. Claire has been paci free for a month now, she turns 2 vext week. Such a hard transition...for the mommy and the baby!
I'm so glad to read this post - Ilsa is so attached to hers! Our original goal was one year, but we're a few weeks past that and no change. We'll aim for 18 months and just slowly make the handful of binkies floating around the house disappear...
